Ok, so everyone seems to be creating these things now a days so I figured it was time that I jumped aboard. Im not too sure what I am going to write about, or even if I will continue to write, but its worth a shot.
Currently we are down in Florida. Davenport to be more precise. Its about 20min south of Orlando. We rented a REALLY nice house, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, our own pool and jacuzzi, and two living rooms. Eliot is having the time of his life. Just the house alone has made his vacation. He has so much more room here to run around and play. The place is about 3 times the size of our condo so he loves it.
We went to Sea World the other day. He LOVED the dolphins. He absolutely loves animals and loves seeing them. He had a blast there, even though it was kind of cold and windy. unfortunately he couldnt see any of the whales, because the day before one of the whale trainers died in one of the tanks. We are hoping to go back on monday, since our passes work for 2 days. I dont know if the whale exhibits will be back open by then though. Either way he will love it.
Today we went to Gatorland, which is an alligator type place. I think his favorite part of the whole place was all of the birds all over the place. He really likes birds. He even got to feed some parakeets, and they landed on his head and his arms. Hes so cute. He loved running all over the place. And to top it off we got to take a ride in a chooch (train). Trains are one of his favorite things. Those and big trucks. So to get to ride in one got him very excited. While we were waiting, he kept saying "Choo Choo!". It was adorable.
We havent got to swim much at all since its been in the 40's and 50's here, but we are hoping it may warm up for the last couple of days so that he can get some pool time in.
So far its been such a wonderful vacation. I hate to think that it has to end, but we do all miss Milo.
So we'll see if I post again. This may be the only one, and if it is, hope it lived up to the standards of Blogs :)
